I’m Sarah Ellinwood – a scientist-turned-science communicator based out of Maryland.
Since finishing my PhD in molecular and cellular biology in 2017 I’ve dabbled in multiple areas of science communication, from public relations to media and all areas in between. Along the way I’ve helped a multitude of life science companies, both small and large, shape and tell their scientific stories in a variety of ways.
While I’m not picking up the pipette anymore, I love telling the stories of science and scientists – I can still be at forefront of innovative medicines and technologies, but without the cell culture contamination and failed western blots.
